If your item arrives damaged, doesn’t match the listing description, or is the wrong item, you can return it for a full refund. If you’ve changed your mind and want to return it, you can but at a 50% restocking fee and you must pay for shipping the item back to us.
If the item you received arrived damaged, doesn’t match the listing description, or if it’s the wrong item, you’re covered under the JaimePOS customer satisfaction guarantee. You can return it even if the return policy says we don’t accept returns. If the returned item is used, damaged, missing parts, or is damaged during return shipping because it wasn’t packaged correctly, we might deduct from your refund to cover the loss of the item’s value. We will always recommend you save the original products shipping coverings and boxes just in case of a return is needed.
